(More customer reviews)This phone is a good quality phone. When on speaker, typically during conference calls, the sound is crystal clear. And the people on the other end have no trouble at all distinguishing your words. I also purchased the 2 additional mics which compliment quite well. If you plan on getting the mics, make sure you get the expandable version of this Polycom SoundStation2. There are many versions that are similar to this one, and it's easy to get them confused. I definitely recommend this phone!
