Poorly designed menu structure that constantly has you in the setup menu when you press the wrong button trying to review calls. No flashing LED alerting you to missed calls - no provision for a headset - no provision to bluetooth headset. This phone set is so annoying to use that after 3 days, I had to return the product. Any other phone would be a better choice that these. I would have rated these phones in the negative region if I could have.
