(More customer reviews)I probably would not have purchased this if I knew how loud the ringer was and that there was no way to turn it down. Furthermore, to turn off the ringer you have to press some inane sequence of keys too hard to remember. Nevertheless, I don't think you can find 900 Mhz clarity at a price this low. I was able to adjust the ring tone to something less piercing than the default so I guess I'll keep it.
