The audio boost button located on the front is awkward to access when using the phone.. when the phone is actually pressed against your face. There is no auto hang-up or disconnect, instead the user must push the red button to turn on and off the phone. No wonder these are considered "disposable" phones by the medical industry. No value with this phone at all. Ergonomically awkward, bad sound quality and the Shrewsbury NJ staff were rude when I called with questions. I bought this as an aid for a senior citizen member of our family. It was returned the same day received. I would rather rate this product as a zero star.
