(More customer reviews)DON'T BUY THESE!!!!!! I bought 2 of these batteries for my AT&T Model #E5947B cordless phones. They did not work. I charged them for the required time period, put them in the phones and neither of them would hold the charge. DO NOT BUY THEM. Go to Walmart spend the $15 to get the battery that does work. In addition, this company was VERY quick to ship...which was great. They responded instantly when I e-mail them and they offered up the required way to send the batteries back...which I did (having to pay the return shipping myself)... BUT SADLY.......it took WEEKS later before they FINALLY refunded me.... and this was only after sending status request e-mails and then finally after "cc"ing Amazon, also. To make matters worse, they would not return the money to me for the return shipping cost.... only offered me a useless credit to their company... I stated that this was not acceptable to me...... and they have not responded to my e-mails since inquiring about this. I should not have been stuck with a return shipping cost for a product that never worked. I will never buy another product from this company. The product never worked and they have POOR and UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Take my advice steer clear of this company and this battery!!!!!!!!
