(More customer reviews)I can confirm what others have written, that the headset itself works fine, but the plug that plugs into the dialing unit is very weak, and the wire eventually breaks. I tried taking the wire apart to see if I could re-connect the broken wires, but the wires are so tiny that they are impossible to work with.
