(More customer reviews)The seller's tech support is NG since they only refer you to the manufacturer; there is no manufacturer identified anywhere, and Verizon had me chase down a supplier in Canada for tech support that wasn't even the manufacturer. Verizon has a lot of online FAQs that are absolutely inapplicable or misleading. The Verizon help number was busy for two days but when I finally got through and she walked me through how to "register" each handset so it will be recognized by the base unit, following the manual, we quickly realized that a crucial step had been omitted from the manual. I bought the set for my office after the previous unit stopped taking messages, figuring that it would work seamlessly with my Verizon service. I ended up wasting two days of my time during which time I had no office answering machine. Truly astounding how such a large company could make such a basic mistake, and then not even put a new FAQ online (unless you believe that I was the very first one of their millions of customers, to experience the problem.) Overall, I should have gone with Panasonic.
