(More customer reviews)The "RCA DECT 6.0 Accessory Handset" is an add-on to the GE 25255RE2 2-Line Corded and Cordless Expandable Speakerphone system we recently bought. This is not a standalone phone, it requires a base station to operate. This handset works exactly like the one that came with the system. Here are my observations on the handset -
Pros:
+Very good range
+Does not interfere with other wireless devices (specifically my WiFi and Video Transmitter)
+Good speakerphone
+Good microphone
+Has "Do Not Disturb" feature
+Feels a little light
Cons:
-Feels a little light
This is a good system and the handset works as expected - recommended!

Handset features Call Waiting/Caller ID with 99 name/number log, speakerphone, 99 name/number directory, Do Not Disturb settings with variable length, privacy setting with line lockout, redial with three-number memory, trilingual display, headset jack, and digital volume control. Handset is hearing aid compatible. Set up the handset on your desk or mount to wall.
