no privacy, voicemails left are blared for entire office to hear (even with DND on)
others in the room can clearly hear what the person over the handset is saying from a few feet away (without speakerphone on and volume set at minimum)
hard to hear person calling us even with volume at highest and ear glued to the speaker, often need to resort to putting them on speakerphone just to make out what they are saying
one handset speaker broke within a year (can not hear other party, but key tones still work)
one handset charger stopped charging within a year
cuts off the beginning of every conversation
dialing/ringing on the other line cuts in/out conversation on this line
when dialing out accidentally picks up incoming call
after hanging up one line you must wait a few seconds before being allowed to pick up call on other line(causes unnecessary missed calls)
often accidentally end up on conference call
no individual mailboxes
no on hold music
buttons are not backlit (we don't use the phone in the dark anyways)
only 60min record time
can not transfer call
uses NiMH battery instead of Li-ion and can not switch
pros:
base unit is wireless
excellent range from base even through walls and up/down stairs
ring volume is not obnoxious or annoying
no static/interference, clear ineligible conversations (just poor volume)
2 year warranty
headset compatible and belt clip included
small and light
