They would just shut off & display a "Set date/time" message after only being used for a short time even after being on the charger for extended periods of time. overnight) Our alternative was to purchase new phones so, we thought replacing the batteries might just be a viable alternative & we turned out to be right. We trialed one telephone first & when replacing the battery was a success we proceeded with replacing the other two. We have not had any of the phones shut off since replacing the batteries & we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The shipping was fast & we absolutely have no problems to report.
