(More customer reviews)This is a great wireless headset for use with the Mitel business VOIP phones. I use it everyday. It comes with two possible attachments. The first goes over your head, like a headband, with a small cushion that rests just above your ear on the opposite side of your head. The second - which I use - is a much smaller over the ear style - like a lot of bluetooth headsets. The problem is that there is only one cushion for the ear part, and it really doesnt fit perfectly on the over the ear attachment.
There are two buttons.
Button one is the grey one you see in the stock photo. You push it to accept or end calls.
Button two is much smaller and can be slid up and down for volume, or pushed in to mute/unmute.
The whole thing rests on a charging plate that attaches to the side of the phone. The attachment is a little tricky for charging. It is actually a plug that only engages when you get the headset laying perfectly on the charger.
Talktime is very long. I use it for very long calls all day long and usually only need to charge it overnight.
Two star deduction for the ear cushion and the charging plug - it should charge with simple exposed connectors - or through transduction.
