(More customer reviews)I've owned many different brands. This one has an awesome set of features and offers terrific quality. It's very easy to use and the clarity is excellent. I bought it on Amazon for a song! Some very minor minuses, most of which would seem to be easy to fix: There's no clock that always appears. It only appears next to an incoming call # recorded on the Caller ID. The call log could be easier to access -- like on my Motorola MD491. Speaker is terrific. The phone stands up and you can set it on the counter/desk to converse while typing away or changing a diaper. I do find the call log confusing, but I might fix that by reading the manual! I've owned Panasonic (great features that last less than a year on each of 3 phones I've owned - then they go kaput); Northwestern (yuck), Motorola (great corded phone, but the companion cordless keypad went bellyup in a year and the battery life on the NiCD was awful). Overall, this is the best phone I've ever owned. I don't use the answering machine as I use Verizon AnswerCall. The price was cheap (under $30), so I grabbed it.
