(More customer reviews)One of the most important features for me in a telephone is that it must have speakerphone capability, since I'm using it for hours at a stretch, attending meetings and conference calls. I purchased this phone because the speaker phone was one of its listed capabilities, but to my surprise, it just didn't have it :(. Wrong advertisement perhaps. Anyhow, with that exception, the phone performs great otherwise. If speakerphone is a must then this is not for you. That is why I give it 3 stars - it would be a 5 otherwise...
