(More customer reviews)The Amazon ad made it look like the Plantronics SupraPlus Wireless CS351N was the entire system including the base unit. After receiving only the headset I called ANT Online. They said that Amazon was responsible for the picture displayed on the Amazon Web page. When I looked at the ANT Online Web page they only displayed only the headset. I sent the headset back and got a full refund. ANT Online was great. I think Amazon was responsible for not advertising the product accurately. After getting my refund I purchase the complete system through Amazon.
