(More customer reviews)My phone's display doesn't light up, like the other reviewer noted. It makes it almost impossible to read the display. The sound quality is poor; I have to tell callers to lower their voice or they sound distorted. This phone is used as an extension in one of my bedrooms; so I'll keep it but it's just for convenience sake so I can answer the phone if it rings while I'm in that room. This phone is not made for long conversations. I guess you get what you pay for when you buy a $10.00 phone.
