(More customer reviews)This phone is GREAT if you have trouble hearing on a regular phone. I only have two minor complaints that kept me from giving it 5 stars:
#1 It's bulky. I got it for my 93 year old mother & she doesn't like it because it's too big & heavy for her. I then gave it to my 100 year old Aunt who loves it!
#2 Theres a bit of an echo when talking. You hear your own voice bouncing back to you.
If you can get over these two issues I highly recommend this phone!
