Call waiting does not work. You hear when someone is calling, but it won't pick up the new call.
I have some hearing loss. There are 6 or 8 different ring tones, none of them loud enough.
The interface is more than a little awkward to use. It uses a joystick, but the controls are dependent on where in the interface you are. After a year of use, it still does not seem intuitive.
On the plus side, the design is elegant. The speaker phone can be operated anywhere on battery power. The fonts are excellent.
I once had a B&O landline phone, which was by far the best phone I've ever had. I spent $3,000 on a full system, and it just does not work as advertised.
On the plus side, it is so expensive and so dysfunctional that it makes a great conversation piece. It always makes my friends who are down on their luck glad they don't have it.
