(More customer reviews)Does what it is supposed to do, but because it mounts the phone at a flat angle, just on the wall, the height of my phone has changed. My old panasonic phone laid into the cradle at about 45 degrees, this one holds the phone basically as it would be on a desk, but at the top of the mount. I have overhead clearance issues where our phone jack is and this jack made the phone so high that I had to use the mount in the bottom hole of the phone jack (aka it looks stupid).
If this jack came with the phone, I would not have really complained. The fact that I had to spend money on it makes me write this bad review. I am using this mount with this item Panasonic Dect 6.0 Titanium Black Cordless Phone with Answering Machine (KX-TG6445T)
