I decided to replace the batteries and in research had read several reviews of problems people had with getting these batteries and having them work properly. I felt this was the best site, inexpensive and good reputation. I placed the order with Amazon. The batteries arrived quickly and I put one in to test it. No problem. Worked as if it was the original one. I left it in a few days to continue testing it. Worked perfectly. I then installed the battery on the other two hand sets. It has been a few months now and I have had no problem. I have absolutely no complaints,
