(More customer reviews)I bought this phone from ... for only [$$$]. If you have the phone... this is a GREAT price! However, mine fell subject to the same problem that the other people here have written about - Incredibly short battery life and long charge times.
I read...that Panasonic told them to stick some double sided tape on the back of the battery, as the problem was a loose battery compartment (design issue). I wrote Panasonic as well, a company that I have ALWAYS preferred to buy my electronics from, and after one entire week, they have not bothered to get back to me...
The answer to the problem is this: take your phone back to the place you bought it from, and get your [money] back. ... Once you get it in the mail, open the battery compartment, take out the battery and find yourself a small piece of paper, a post-it note for example. Fold the paper over and over at about the width of the small part of the battery, and tape it to the bottom of the battery.
Now carefully stick the battery back in, with the paper holding it firmly against the springs (contacts) and put the cover back on. After having done this a 2 hour conversation barely took more than one bar of the phone's power and solved the problem easily NO THANKS TO MY TRUSTED FRIENDS AT PANASONIC.
