(More customer reviews)Although I can't figure out how come this phone is nowhere to be seen on any of the Motorola websites I have tried, it is very good and does pretty much what I expected. I have had this phone set for 3 weeks now so I can't speak of long term so bear that in mind. The earpiece is very confortable, even while wearing glasses, which I unfortunately can't live without. The volume for the earpiece is quite adequate but would benefit from having one more level. The actual handset has soft touch keys, not my favorite but they do the job. Contrary to some reviews I have read, it is very easy to use, just dial the number on the handset, whether from the keys, CalledID, or redial, press the M button on the earpiece and as soon as the other phone rings, you can hang up the handset and you're in business. The readout on the handset is orange backlit and easy to read. I have not used the answering machine part because I already have voicemail. Overall, I am very happy with my choice. Hope this helps others decide.
