The sound quality is good, the features are easy to use, and the instructions were clear (there is a separate instruction sheet for English and Spanish). The range is adequate for our needs most of the time. The signal is strong within 40-ft. At 50-ft. we begin to hear noise when we move around. Around 70-ft. we lose the signal. The caller ID screen is a little hard to read, especially the smaller letters showing the date and time. Younger people should have no problem, however. The handset has an ON/OFF switch for the ringer, which I find helpful during naps. Our previous phone required going through a programming menu to do so. So far there has been no interference with other devices. Although I am satisfied with this phone, I probably would have purchased something else had it not been on sale locally (around $16.00).
