(More customer reviews)I have been very happy with the Xlink after I updated the firmware and installed a patch intended for LG phones. Suggest you update the firmware before you even use the device. Before the patch I had issues with some connections suffering from "motor boating", or very short dropouts. Also note the support website has changed to [...] brings up a related but different product.
I have found that you cannot have the Xlink in the same general area as a strong source of of 2.4G WiFi (802.11 B and G) such as a router as this seems to cause distortion with Bluetooth connections. I had to separate my Xlink and WiFi router by about 20 feet to cure this problem. I do not think this is an issue with the Xlink alone as I have had other problems with Bluetooth voice connections in the presence of strong WiFi signals, they share the same spectrum...
