Be aware that this was shipped with OCS 2007. I'm running OCS 2007 R2. It was a nightmare to upgrade the software on this phone as it requires special setup and Microsoft Sharepoint Services to do this.
This phone should have been shipped with the latest version or I should at least have been asked which version I wanted on the phone.
The touch screen had a protective cover on but someone had been scratching it on purpose making small squares, fortunately the scratching had not damaged the screen underneath, but I thought it was wierd someone would do that and then ship the phone.
