(More customer reviews)These are decent IP phones, but a couple of flaws make them almost completely useless for my workplace: 1) the TS-850i has a known sensitivity problem with the speakerphone mic, resulting in choppy conversation that may as well be gibberish; 2) only three parties can be involved in a single call, even if you have multiple base stations and many TS-850i's, there can only ever be a maximum of three members talking together.
We frequently have situations where we want 3+ people talking to someone on an outside line. This is impossible because of that 3-way conference limit, and the terrible quality of the speakerphone.
