(More customer reviews)Unbelievable that any phone sold today does not support Caller ID - even more unbelievable that the product information listed on Amazon does not mention this anywhere. Only after your receive the phones and discover this 'defect' will you notice the little red note on the upper right-hand corner of the box: "Does not Support Caller ID". Would be nice if the product description had mentioned this.
