(More customer reviews)I bought and installed this battery backup device about a year ago on my KX-TG5633 system since power failures are part of life where I live. Works perfectly and seamlessly to keep the telephone base station powered up when the lights go out. The remotes, of course, continue to work as before using their internal batteries. Just bought another this week for my elderly mother's phone to avoid a repeat of the panic which ensued the last time her lights went out.
Read the label on your phone, and if it uses either 6V or 9V DC (200ma - 850ma) power AND the power adapter has a 5 mm barrel connector with center negative, outer positive polarity then this device should work with your phone. Use AA Alkaline batteries, install 4 for 6V, 6 for 9V. You want the long shelf life of the alkaline cells so the battery pack will work when you need it, so don't use NiMH of NiCd rechargeables. If a power outage exceeds a couple of hours, I replace the 6 AA cells.
