(More customer reviews)works about 1/3 as well as the original battery - after about a month, I had to recharge every couple hours, after maybe 6 months, I could get 1 conversation in before recharging. it's worth paying more elsewhere for another brand - I don't know why Motorola doesn't sell replacements.
