(More customer reviews)I ordered 4 of these to replace all the batteries in my cordless phones. Three of them worked just fine, the fourth one would not accept a charge.
I contacted ebatteries about this problem, and received one non-responsive email. They don't cost enough to bother with the hassle-so I'll just chalk this one up to experience and never deal with that vendor again.
Update-after 2 days of silence, I heard from ebatteries within 2 hours after posting negative feedback. I have no intention of pursuing this matter any further.
