I bought the phone for my visually impaired wife as it has large numbers, however it does not have an audible caller ID feature and therefore that feature is unusable to her. Sound quality is average, however when close to the base there seems to be some interference. When I ordered the phone it came minus the battery. I had to call customer service who were very nice and immediately sent me a battery, however I was inconvenienced by the wait. My old Panasonic was cheaper and much better, though it has small numbers.
