(More customer reviews)I responded to your previous inquiry about my experience with the blue tube headset purchase and received no reponse from Amazon or from the vendor. I have had previous great experiences with Amazon purchases but will not ever use Amazon again until/unless this issue has settled. When I made the initial purchase, I CONFIRMED via email that the correct size would be sent to fit my particular phone. The vendor sent an email stting the correct size would be sent. When the item arrived it was not the correct size. I contacted the vendor who stated via email that he would send me a return label so that I could return the item & receive a refund. That was several weeks ago and despite a repeated request for the return label, I have heard nothing. In addition, I responded to your recent inquiry concerning my purchase and heard nothing subsequently from you either. Overall, this has been, thus far, a very unsatisfactory exeperience. I would like very much to have this resolved so that I can return this item for refund and feel that I can rely upon Amazon once again. Otherwise, I am afraid that I will not be able to use your service further.
