(More customer reviews)Purchased phones at Costco. They do not hold a charge and the problem is not the batteries. Verified that by purchasing AT&T phones and swapping the batteries. AT&T phones held the charge that the VTECH would not. I'm really bummed because the VTECH ring tones are much more pleasant than the AT&T's. Too bad.
