(More customer reviews)I've had a long series of cordless phones over the last couple of years with the last two being a DECT unit from Uniden and the previous a DECT unit from VTECH. Neither of those has gotten close to the range and reliability that I'm finding with the Panasonic handset. The Uniden set I most recently had would suddenly say "Out of Range" during a call when I was less than 30 feet from the base! I have gotten two houses down in my neighborhood with the Panasonic handset with minimal dropouts and good quality.
The features I like best are:
1) Ability to download address book from base
2) When a review missed calls on any handset, all the handsets (and base) clear the missed call
3) Ability to review messages on answering machine from any handset
I haven't found any cons yet, but if/when I do, I'll come back and revise the review.
