(More customer reviews)I have had this for a little less than a year and I love it. I can answer either my office phone or cell phone using only one headset. The range is great and so is the sound quality. I can walk to any of the 4 offices in our office suite without dropping the call or decreased call quality. It is nice to be able to get up and walk around while on the phone and also to be able to type and work on clients policies while I am talking to them on the phone.
