Phone systems in built well and works well. Programing is a little time comsuming/difficult, but instructions are excellent.
Intercom between the two enclosed telephones is great. You can call between up to 12 handsets using the intercom feature and not tie up a telephone line.
One drawback. This phone will not allow user to put call on hold and allow call to be answered from another hardline (not cordless) telephone. (Call can be answered, but casio telephone keeps giving you a reminder call is still on hold.)
