(More customer reviews)All of the cordless phones out on the market now seem to be fairly tall compared to this older model phone. I like this more compact size so the phone doesn't become an obnoxious element in the room decor. Also, I keep one in a small cabinet so the short size is again an advantage.
The color display is nice as my other units are B/W. Out of an original purchase of a 4 phone set, one died and I just replaced all the batteries as the original ones were dying. One phone failed, not the battery so this one replaced it.
