(More customer reviews)I bought this KX-TG4021N phone a little over a month ago for $36. The first issue I had was that the Amazon listing did (and still does) indirectly suggests the phone has a headset jack and it does not. Don't be misled by the "frequently bought with" suggestion of the Panasonic headset, you won't be able to use it since there is no jack. Others have suggested they were very happy with the sound quality so perhaps we just got a faulty model. But, even with the volume up all the way it was hard to hear the person you were speaking with. I returned this phone and bought the KX-TG4031B model for just a few dollars more ($39). This phone has much better sound quality, additional features, and the headset jack I wanted.
