(More customer reviews)I work out of a small home office and opted to buy this phone because of its professional appearance and features. Unfortunately, the speakerphone has stopped working 3 months after delivery of the phone. This is beyond the Amazon return policy, and Fanstel has been slow to address the issue. Note that all shipping costs to have the phone repaired under warranty must be paid by the customer. You might think that Fanstel would be eager to make this right, as the phone failed under normal use almost immediately, but that has not been the case. If I pay to return the phone it will be for a refund so that I can start over. I would not purchase from Fanstel again.
