I was really timid about purchasing batteries on line, but I needed 4 batteries for my cordless system and the stores I researched cost $20 per battery; for $80 I could just get new phones. I researched online and these were the best price AND there was free shipping involved. I ordered them and they were on the door step a few days later. I replaced the old batteries and after charging, the phones worked perfectly. I am incredibly pleased and happy with this product and with Amazon. From now on I will add Amazon to my product searches.
