(More customer reviews)Excellent, I had previous WIFI VOIP phones: 2 major problems, battery charge and signal quality, which is quite variable over wifi. This solves the problem since the phone component functions like a cordless phone with DECT technology. The wifi is great, web based. allows 8 SIP settings, easy to configure. i got this because I could not wait for the Siemens S450 IP which may not even be released in the US.

I will deal with the negatives
1. I wish it could interface with outlook. the other snoms have callerID popups from outlook contacts, not the M3. the M3 needs an archaic CSV file upload that wipes out the current directory
2. I wish the screen could be more customizable. the clockface is ok but I would rather have a picture or the weather, etc
3. I wish the base station would have an outgoing RJ-11 port. I could easily use one of my VOIP numbers as a fax number and have it output to my fax machine. at present, I can use my callcentric number to receive a fax, but cannot send a fax using my VOIP.
