(More customer reviews)the slider on my unit broke after a very short time. the channel that guides the over the head piece has a tab that locks it in on only one side. As a consequence, it tends to twist in the channel and the torque will eventually break the channel on the earpiece. Many I spoke to while calling complained they had a hard time hearing me as well.
