(More customer reviews)The Cybergenie software is excellent for home-office use, and is an absolute snap to set up. The handset, however, is slightly toy-like. It is not well designed from an ergonomic point of view (you really need to press the phone to your ear); also, it is overly sensitive to background noise when using voice recognition functions. My first handset malfunctioned -- but the company's customer service was excellent and they fedexed me a replacement immediately.
If you get the system, you will probably end up replacing all your other phones with additional Cybergenie handsets, because using a non-Cybergenie phone causes some bugs with the system.

For use with the Cygnion CG 2400 PC phone system, the Cygnion DG 200 handset lets you make external calls and place internal calls between handsets. (The system supports up to 10 handsets.) You can also use your handset to call your virtual personal assistant, CyberGenie, for activities such as checking messages, placing calls, or leaving yourself reminders using an interactive speech-command interface. Frequently used phone numbers can be downloaded into the handset.
The Cygnion DG 200 handset provides three dialing options. These options enable users to dial from the handset phonebook, from the keypad, or by using speech activation. Additional features include caller ID, a headset jack, a ringer on/off switch, volume controls, and call holding. The maximized outdoor range is 900 feet, and the average indoor range is 150 feet. Average talk time is 15 hours. This handset comes with a one-year warranty.
