(More customer reviews)Well my Plantronics CT-14 has been a GREAT phone for my business over the last two years, with an unbelievable battery life! I've used Plantronics headsets in the past, but this one is the best.
Finally my poor headset finally started to short out on me, after the countless times the cord has caught on odds & ends while I'm working. If I would've realized before that the handset has a little clip on the back of the phone that would've prevented this break in the wire, I probably would not have had to spend the money on a new headset. But I'm GLAD I went with this seller! It came perfectly packaged in the OEM plastic with all the accessories that came with my first headset. So far, this one has a better pickup on my microphone which I can hear in my earpiece. My fiance even confirmed this for me. Overall, great purchase!
