While I have seen some complaints from others, it has worked like a charm for me. I am surprised this model is still being made, as turnover in electronic products is so rapid.
I got mine about 4 years ago, and the headset is starting to come apart a bit, but is still functional. I use it for long periods every day.
Sound quality is perfect and although I have a wireless network, have never had any interference.
Mine looks a bit different, but has the identical model number on the unit: RCA Visys 25110RE3-A.
I would buy it again, as soon as I think the headset is not going to survive any longer. Actually, if I could just buy a replacement for the headset, that would be ideal.
