(More customer reviews)I am picky when it comes to office equipment and have been looking for full featured phone regardless of price. I could not find high end phone in any retail locations so I tried this one after returning the 2-line AT&T model (CID did not work with two lines plugged in). I wanted the option of an easy return if I did not like it.
I found everything to work well (not sure why the other bad review on this phone). The speaker phone works almost too well as it is very sensitive even when speaking normal at a distance of 2.5 feet away.
The instruction manual is not all that great but I worked through it. I really like the voicemail button. It lets me know when there is a voicemail waiting on my verizon VM service aallows me to access it with one press of a button.
The volume is very loud and easily controllable. I am using an inexpensive Plantronics 2.5 mm headset and people tell me it sounds very good.
It does not have all the cool features of the AT&T but at least it works as advertised.
I have yet to find the ultimate home office phone. Let me know if you know of it.
