(More customer reviews)I bought this Panasonic phone because our last one was such a great product and reliable. The headsets on this system are a little bulkier, but they just take some getting used to. We are currently using both (the old & new) phones in the house. Very convenient to have 4 head sets and one base. This made a lot of sense to me since we had two headsets that were panasonic and 2 headsets that were a different brand. The mix was not working. I stuck to the Panasonic brand because I feel the quality is definitely there. Again, the headsets are much taller than the old ones and the buttons are much bigger (which could a plus for easier visibility on the numbers!). I will stick to this brand on home phones for the quality. The base unit with answering machine is also a plus because it is so easy to navigate! We are very pleased overall.
