(More customer reviews)I bought the phone for my grandmother who is in assisted living. The phone is pointless. She has to figure out how to raise her handset volume on every call. She's 94 and this isn't as easy as it sounds to just press a button. Why can't the phone just be up loud all the time! If I were in the same town with her I'd pack it up and send it back.
