(More customer reviews)This phone has been easy to use. Some of it's features we discovered as we used it. I have two of these phones and one of them has a battery that doesn't last any time at all because I didn't follow directions and fully discharge the batter a couple of times when first using it. My previous phones had a cone shape ear piece that made it easier to hear conversations. This phone does feel nice and fit nice in your hand.
