(More customer reviews)I purchased this product in order to use the Bluetooth around the office. While the reception works very well, the headset does seem to "miss" calls if I'm not in the immediate vicinity of the base. If I'm within, say, 20-30 feet, I do get a ringing tone that alerts me a call is coming in. If I'm further away than that, I find when I get back to my desk that a call came in but the alert did not make it to my headset, therefore makeing the caller leave a message.
