(More customer reviews)All features of this product are great, with the exception of one of the two primary reasons I bought it. I needed a 4 line speakerphone. The 4 lines work great, but the speakerphone hasn't worked on the original one I bought, then on the 2nd one I got when I returned the first faulty one. Apparently, the lack of a working speakerphone is a very common problem with this model with apparently no fix - so unfortunately, it is false advertising for AT&T to actually call this a "speakerphone".
